Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back!
RETURNS: When you are not satisfied with the size, color or style, you can choose to return or exchange it and contact us within 14 DAYS after DELIVERED successfully, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition, as well as if you need a full refund. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
EXCHANGES: We’re so sorry, but we are not able to process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want and place a new order for the item/items you do want.
When there is a quality problem, we accept unreasonable refunds, and will give an extra gift at your next order.
Unfortunately, LIMBA is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
We offer free returns on all purchases failing to perform or damaged due to a material or manufacturing error. For any other reasons, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
HOW TO RETURN, PROCESSING & REFUNDS
Start A Return
To start a Return, please email us at returns@limbafit.com. We’ll send you an email the address you can send any returns back to. Please send the order number found in the confirmation email or Log in on to your account at www.limbafit.com and go to 'my account':
- Enter in your order number and your zip code. (Order number can be found in the order confirmation email we sent you, or by logging into your LIMBA fit account and visiting the My Account page). Then, follow the instructions below:
- Select the item(s)* you wish to return
*Note: If an item is final sale, or non-returnable – no option to return will be provided.
- Select the payment method for your refund. (Store Credit/Refund)
- Select the reason for the return (too large, too small, etc.)
- Once you are done adding items, click “Continue”
- Choose how you want to return your item(s):
Get Your Return Ready
Once you have received an email with return address, please pack up the items you’d like to return. Please provide the tracking number of your return to us. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and -in contrast- do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days in our internal processing procedure. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return. Be sure to follow the instructions provided to guarantee that your return is processed smoothly. If you require further assistance, please contact us at returns@limbafit.com.
Processing & Refunds
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!
We will refund the price of the merchandise including duties & taxes (prorated to the number of units being returned). Customer is responsible for return shipping unless purchases are damaged due to a material or manufacturing error.. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
